Hey y’all! I’m Shelby Stopher, the heart behind Luci Rose Apparel!
I’m a 28 year old wife & mama to two amazing girls. I am from central Illinois, surrounded by corn fields. When I’m not running my small business, I am a Caseworker full time.

I launched Luci Rose Apparel in May 2024, my daughters gave my business it’s name and my dream its wings. My mission? To create a space where everyone feels seen and celebrated, with size-inclusive, budget-friendly clothing and accessories that make you feel like your best self.

What started with boutique finds quickly grew into a new love: making graphic tees! Every item I create or handpick is made with heart, hustle, and a lot of coffee.
